Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing paves the way for individual employees and other stakeholders to report suspicions of an incident or deficiencies in internal controls that might result in an incident.

 

The JM Group has good internal control, but irregularities may still occur that must be handled. Every JM employee and other stakeholders, for example suppliers, have the right to report a suspected incident anonymously.
Incident refers to an instance of or attempt at an irregularity or a reported suspicion of an instance of or attempted irregularity.
Irregularity refers to an action carried out with the intention of personal gain or for some other motive that directly or indirectly is to the detriment of JM.
Reports are made to Seccredo, an independent security company via a web-based notification system or by phone +46 703 00 36 63.
