Guidelines for remuneration to senior executives

The Board of Directors decided at the Annual General Meeting 2025 that the following guidelines for remuneration to the senior executives should apply until the Annual General Meeting 2029 unless circumstances arise that require an earlier revision.

Remuneration reports

For each financial year, the Board is to prepare a report on paid and outstanding remuneration that is covered by the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives. The remuneration report has been decided by the Annual General Meeting.

Fees to the board

The compensation for the board for the coming financial year is proposed by the nomination committee and decided by the annual general meeting.
