The Board of Directors decided at the Annual General Meeting 2025 that the following guidelines for remuneration to the senior executives should apply until the Annual General Meeting 2029 unless circumstances arise that require an earlier revision.
For each financial year, the Board is to prepare a report on paid and outstanding remuneration that is covered by the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives. The remuneration report has been decided by the Annual General Meeting.
The compensation for the board for the coming financial year is proposed by the nomination committee and decided by the annual general meeting.
The chair of the Board shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 1,030,000, and ordinary Board Members who are not employed by the Company shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 407,000.
Fees for work on committees shall be raised as follows:
Chair of the Audit Committee: SEK 200,000.
Members of the Audit Committee: SEK 115,000.
Chair of the Compensation Committee: SEK 70,000.
Members of the Compensation Committee: SEK 70,000.
Chair of the Investment Committee: SEK 120,000.
Members of the Investment Committee: SEK 90,000.
The chair of the Board shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 1,000,000, and ordinary Board Members who are not employed by the Company shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 395,000.
Fees for work on committees shall be raised as follows:
Chair of the Audit Committee: SEK 185,000.
Members of the Audit Committee: SEK 110,000.
Chair of the Compensation Committee: SEK 70,000.
Members of the Compensation Committee: SEK 70,000.
Chair of the Investment Committee: SEK 110,000.
Members of the Investment Committee: SEK 85,000.
The Chair of the Board shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 955,000 and ordinary Board Members who are not employed by the Company shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 380,000.
Fees for work on committees shall be raised as follows:
Chair of the Audit Committee: SEK 165,000.
Members of the Audit Committee: SEK 98,000.
Chair of the Compensation Committee: SEK 68,000.
Members of the Compensation Committee: SEK 68,000.
Chair of the Investment Committee: SEK 105,000.
Members of the Investment Committee: SEK 80,000.
The Chair of the Board shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 925,000 and ordinary Board members who are not employed by the Company shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 370,000.
Remuneration for work on committees will remain as follows:
Chair of the Audit Committee: SEK 160,000.
Members of the Audit Committee: SEK 95,000.
Chair of the Compensation Committee: SEK 65,000.
Members of the Compensation Committee: SEK 65,000.
Chair of the Investment Committee: SEK 100,000.
Members of the Investment Committee: SEK 75,000.
The Chair of the Board shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 900,000 and ordinary Board members who are not employed by the Company shall receive an increased Board fee of SEK 360,000.
The Nomination Committee proposes that the remuneration to the chair of the Audit Committee be raised and that the remuneration for other work on the committees to stay the same in accordance with the following:
Chair of the Audit Committee: SEK 160,000.
Members of the Audit Committee: SEK 95,000.
Chair of the Compensation Committee: SEK 65,000.
Members of the Compensation Committee: SEK 65,000.
Chair of the Investment Committee: SEK 100,000.
Members of the Investment Committee: SEK 75,000.
The Chairperson of the Board will receive a Board fee of SEK 840,000 and ordinary Board members who are not employed by the company will receive a Board fee of SEK 335,000.
For members who are not employed by the company, the Committee fees will remain the same in accordance with the following:
Chairperson of the Audit Committee receives SEK 125,000.
Members on the Audit Committee SEK 95,000.
Chairperson of the Investment Committee SEK 100,000.
Members on the Investment Committee SEK 75,000.
Members, including the Chairperson, of the Compensation Committee SEK 65,000.
