JM selling residential project in Helsinki

JM has signed an agreement with Eden Asunnot Ky for the sale of a rental project in Helsinki. The transaction amounts to approximately SEK 205m.

The property being sold consists of 71 residential units and is located in the Herttoniemi area of Helsinki. Production started in the first quarter of 2025 and completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2026.

The transaction will take the form of a corporate sale. Revenue and profit will be recognized gradually over the course of the project within the JM Finland business segment starting in the second quarter of 2025. Payment will be received in connection with completion of the project.

– We are pleased to offer Eden Asunnot Ky a project with high-quality residential units in a great location. This is the ninth of a total of 13 buildings that we will construct in the Sohlberg block that JM is developing in Herttoniemi, says Markus Heino, Business Unit Manager JM Finland.

Herttoniemi is a district in the eastern part of Helsinki, located approximately seven kilometers from the city center.
