JM starting production of housing in Gothenburg

JM has started the production of 67 residential units in the Eriksberg district in central Gothenburg.

The production of the two apartment buildings, each with seven floors, has begun in the first quarter of 2025 and the sale of the tenant-owned apartments is ongoing. The apartments will be in a prime location on Hisingen with good communications and proximity to the Göta Älv. Completion is planned for the first quarter of 2027.

The residential units are JM's first within the Säterigatan detailed plan, where a total of approximately 1,100 residential units, a new preschool and business premises are planned, where JM will develop a total of approximately 350 residential units.
