JM starting production of housing in Huvudsta, Solna

JM has started the production of the project Utblicken, consisting of 86 tenant-owned apartments in the new Huvudsta Strandpark area.
Utblicken is part of a larger block and consists of a slatted house of varying heights next to Bällstaviken in a lush part of Solna. Sales are in progress and occupancy is expected to start in the third quarter of 2026, with estimated completion at the turn of the year 2026/2027. This is the second housing start in the new Huvudsta Strandpark area where JM intends to build a total of approximately 480 residential units spread over four blocks and with commercial premises. – We are very excited that we are now starting production of Utblicken, which is located in an attractive residential area close to communications, workplaces, services and recreation, says Malin Lindskog, Regional Manager North, JM Bostad Stockholm.
