JM starting production of housing in Norway

JM has started the production of 69 residential units in Asker and 83 residential units in Nordre Follo.
The production of the 69 units in the final stage of the Bergerløkka project in Asker, about 30 kilometers from Oslo, has begun in the first quarter of 2025. In total, JM will have developed approximately 600 homes in apartment buildings within the framework of Bergerløkka. During the first quarter of the year, production of 83 residential units has also started in the Langhus Gård project in Nordre Follo, about 30 kilometers from Oslo, where JM will develop a total of approximately 350 homes in the form of apartment buildings and terraced houses. The sale of the residential units has started and completion in both projects is estimated for the second or third quarter in 2027. – We are very pleased that at a time when interest rates and construction costs are still high, JM has the conditions to start production of new housing and contribute to the housing supply in several of Norway's growth areas, says Hilde Vatne, Business Unit Manager, JM Norway.
