JM starting production of housing in Ås, Oslo

JM is starting the production of 94 freehold apartments in the Tamburparken project in Ås municipality, south of Oslo.

The housing start is reported within the JM Norway business segment in the first quarter of 2026. Sales are underway, and occupancy and completion are estimated for the second half of 2027.

– We are very pleased to have started production in Tamburparken, where we are seeing strong interest from customers. This will be the first project that JM starts within the building rights portfolio acquired about two months ago, says John Ivar Mejlænder-Larsen, Regional Manager Oslo, JM Norway.

The residential units now starting production are the first in a new area where JM plans to develop approximately 400 residential units. The area has good transportation connections and is within walking distance of high-speed trains that reach Oslo in less than 15 minutes.
