JM starting production of housing in Österåker

JM is starting production of the project Vide, which consists of 61 tenant-owned units in Tuna, in Österåker municipality north of Stockholm.

Vide constitutes the first of three phases in the area, where JM will develop in total approximately 130 residential units, and consists of three stairwells with an underlying garage. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the first quarter of 2026. Sales are underway and occupancy is planned to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with estimated completion in the third quarter of 2027.
