Offices
JM has been building and managing offices for a long time. Right now we are working on K1 Karlbergs Strand in Solna, Stockholm, an ultra-modern office with a low environmental impact. LEED certified, rooftop padel court, and a restaurant and café offering healthy food.
Stores
We create vibrant environments with workplaces, stores and restaurants in the bottom floors of our residential buildings. We also build shopping centers and develop the commercial properties in our own portfolio.
Restaurants & cafés
Restaurants and cafés in the bottom floors of our residential buildings bring additional life to the neighborhood. Being able to buy freshly baked bread in the morning or eat a good dinner close to home raise the quality of life. Building good premises is not easy, but it is something that we do every day at JM.
