Rental units
JM Rental Housing’s main assignment is to project develop, build and manage rental housing in the Stockholm region. This business includes building apartments for students and young adults. With rental housing for different target groups, JM contributes to a nuanced housing culture with long-term societal engagement.
Student housing
In the picture you see our student housing Alphyddan. Alphyddan is a colorful building in Sickla that is 50 m tall and home to 93 modern student apartments. There are studio apartments in two different sizes, the larger with a balcony. There are also buddy apartments with three bedrooms and a common kitchen/living room. At Alphyddan, you can both live by yourself or with others, a type of accommodation that is becoming increasingly popular.
Sustainable homes
The buildings JM constructs will stand for at least 100 years. This means that we are building cities for the people of both today and tomorrow. Therefore, it is important for our construction and our buildings to contribute to a society that is sustainable in the long run and that has as small of an impact on the climate and the environment as possible. We also certify all our housing in accordance with Swan Ecolabel.
