JM is one of the Nordic region’s leading residential property developers. We play a major role in the societal development in the areas we build our new homes and residential areas. That our enterprise poses a challenge for our planet is a fact. We have a big carbon footprint, and this brings with it a big responsibility.
In our view, the climate crisis we are facing demands a transformation on a broad front. However, we can also see that housing and societal development can be done in a sustainable way. Today, we are engaged in intensive work in all parts of our organization to reach the sustainability goals we have set. We test and evaluate new methods and initiatives with the aim of implementing them across our entire group. To go all the way to achieve this, we are dependent on dialog and cooperation with suppliers, county administrative boards and municipalities, researchers, and companies both within and outside our own sector, for example.
