Sustainable homes

Everyone who moves into a JM home should be able to enjoy day to day living with decent long term quality of life and low carbon footprint. We strive for sustainability across the whole of our value chain and well beyond the time our homes are completed.

JM aims to create the best possible scope to live well and put minimal stress on our planet. Sustainability is a key concept in our home building and societal development work. When people take possession of our homes, we hope that they in turn, will want to make the most sustainable choices they can, based on their specific circumstances. We offer help when it comes to inspiration and offers that simplify the transition at home level.
