JM’s subsidiaries AB Borätt and Seniorgården AB starting production of housing in Stockholm

Seniorgården AB and AB Borätt have started the production of a total of 87 Swan Ecolabel residential units in the final phase of the Persikan district on Södermalm in central Stockholm.

The detailed plan allows for the development of 87 tenant-owned residential units, divided into 44 units for Seniorgården AB and 43 units for AB Borätt. The production of the two apartment buildings, each with 7-10 floors, started in the fourth quarter of 2024 and sales of the units are ongoing. The time of completion is estimated for the first quarter of 2027.

The residential units are located in the Persikan district, which will have a total of approximately 1,200 homes in eastern Södermalm, with proximity to water, parks and good communications.
