JM starting production of housing in Järvastaden, Solna

JM has started production of the Kattfoten project, which comprises 78 tenant-owned apartments.

The project consists of four stairwells with an underlying garage and represents the second stage of two in a larger block in Järvastaden. Sales are underway, and occupancy is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with completion estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027. The housing start is reported within the JM Residential Stockholm business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025.

This is JM’s fourth housing start within the framework of the detailed plan for the Linnéan block and others, where JM is building a total of approximately 320 residential units.
