JM starting production of housing in Västerbro, in the center of Lund

JM starts the production of 133 residential units in the Västerbro district of Lund.
The production in the modern city district of Verkstan will begin in the second quarter of 2025 and sales of the tenant-owned apartments are underway. Occupancy is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. The housing start is reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in the second quarter of 2025. The residential units are the first phase in a new area where JM will develop a total of approximately 650 units, with a nice location next to a green park and close to Lund Central Station. – We look forward to starting housing production in Västerbro, an extensive development area where JM has a central role in the development and where we see great interest in the units we have put up for sale, says Lau Borch, Regional Manager South, JM Residential Sweden.
