Our original interiors
The original interior options, or JM Original as we call them, offer a well-planned interior where the details complement one another and create a common thread throughout your home. Natural materials, good design and smart functions for each room naturally form the core of JM Original. All of our homes have specially designed original interiors, and therefore JM Original can differ by project. Our kitchens
A kitchen should be used every day and be sustainable, functional and in harmony with the rest of the home. Therefore, the original interior always includes soft-closing cabinet doors, stainless steel appliances, multiple recycling bins, an integrated dishwasher, an underglued sink, and LED lighting under the hanging cabinets.
Our bathrooms
The focus of our original interior is to have a functional and esthetically appealing bathroom in one, including energy-efficient washer and dryer, glass partition wall for the shower, water-efficient faucets, plenty of storage in the washstand, and cabinets above the laundry area.
Storage
Your home should have good storage for all the jackets, clothes, umbrellas, bags and, naturally, shoes required each season. The original interior is adapted to your specific home, with closets, wardrobes and sliding-door closets.
Balconies and patios
Even the most ardent urban dweller can grow vegetables if given the right soil. Most of our homes have a balcony or patio. We have designed the outdoor environments so that you will have time left over to enjoy the greenery. Grassy areas, paving and potentially shrubbery require minimal maintenance to thrive.
