1. Submitting interior selections
As a JM customer, you make your interior selections digitally in JM’s interior design selector. With good support from the interior designer of the project and a visit to our Studio, you can make your selections wherever you are.
2. Interior design selector
When you buy a home from JM, you will receive log-in information to the interior design selector well before you will need to submit your selections. This tool is specific to your project and your home. The options you have to choose from for your home are presented there. The original interior is included in the price of the home.
3. Your order
It is important that you doublecheck your order and make sure it agrees with your selections. Contact the interior designer for your project if you have any questions. The order serves as the basis for JM’s suppliers and for what will be installed in your home. To ensure that your home will be completed on time, the orders must be submitted well before you take over occupancy of your home. It is therefore not possible to make changes to your order once you have signed it.
4. Interior design
Before it is time to move in, you will be invited to view the interior of your new home.
5. Payment
After your interior selections are approved, JM will send an invoice for 50 percent of the total cost. The remainder will be invoiced with the due date on the day of occupancy. Orders for less than SEK 10,000 will be invoiced immediately in their entirety. This also applies to freehold apartments.
