Become a VIP customer

Any natural person can become a VIP customer of JM and its subsidiary Borätt, regardless of their age. However, if you are younger than 18, you must obtain the consent of a legal guardian. You become a VIP customer once the fee is paid. Your date of registration is set as the day you registered.

At the VIP open house, you will receive detailed information about the area and the residential units. This is a unique opportunity that enables you to gather as much information as possible before potentially deciding to buy.

• Open houses are held in a show apartment or other premises in the area where your future home will be located, at one of our stores or at some other location. We hang up signs and roll out the red carpet so you can easily find your way, and you will be greeted by our staff.
• The real estate agent will also be there, as well as other representatives from us, for example project managers, pre-construction managers and interior designers.
• There will be a scaled model, either physical or digital, so you will be able to see how the apartments and buildings will be positioned in relation to one another, what the courtyard and potential greenery will look like and the location of the garage and any common areas, if relevant.
• We will either have test materials on hand to show you or you will be able to see a completed show apartment. Our competent interior designers will guide you through your original interior and any options that you may choose.
• Just ask if you would like to take home printed information with prices and layouts.
  We always offer a snack and something to drink.

The VIP open house is for you. Therefore, we hope that you go home from the VIP open house with answers to all your questions so you can confidently more forward with your home purchase.

You will receive email offers from us eleven times a year with information about residential units that are available for VIP sales. You can browse through descriptions, drawings and prices on each project’s website before the information is made available to the general public.

On My Pages you can sign up for VIP open houses and register for the units that interest you. This registration is not a binding agreement to purchase the unit, and you can terminate your VIP membership at any time.

The annual fee for VIP customers is SEK 200. The fee is announced and must be paid once a year based on the day you registered.

At My Pages you can follow your payment period and see which projects have VIP sales and where you can submit your interest notification and purchase registration.

You can pay by credit card, Swish or Plus Giro. With Swish, the fee is deducted directly from your account as soon as you approve the transaction. For Plus Giro, the payment information is sent to your email address and normally must be paid within 30 days.
