JM acquiring properties for residential development in Järfälla, Stockholm

The acquired properties, Veddesta 1:21, Veddesta 2:29 and Veddesta 2:55, cover 6,652 m² of leasable area consisting of office and business premises. The properties are estimated to have the possibility of developing approximately 450 rental units with expected production start in 2028. The transaction will be recorded in Q2 2022 as acquisition of project property within the JM Property Development business segment.

“The properties, which are well suited for housing development, are part of a larger development area in Veddesta that is an exciting area for future homes in a growing municipality,” says Business Unit Manager for JM Property Development Mikael Åslund.
