JM starting production of housing in Marievik, Stockholm

JM has started production of the Spiran project, which comprises 128 tenant-owned units in the highest residential building in southern Stockholm, located at Marieviks Udde.
Spiran includes 32 storeys and, together with the Rex project, forms a larger block with a total of 256 residential units and an underlying garage. Sales are underway and occupancy is expected to start in the second quarter of 2029, with estimated completion in the same quarter. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the second quarter of 2026.
This is JM’s third housing start at Marieviks Udde, where a total of four blocks will be developed, comprising approximately 620 JM residential units, a preschool and commercial premises.
