JM starting production of housing in Vaxholm

JM has started production of the Skärgårdsterrassen project, comprising 65 tenant-owned units on Rindö.
The Skärgårdsterrassen residential block will be located in a scenic archipelago setting on eastern Rindö in Vaxholm, overlooking the sea and harbour, in an established area with housing, commercial services, restaurants and a school. Skärgårdsterrassen includes four stairwells with an underlying garage.
Sales are underway and occupancy is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2027, with estimated completion in the first quarter of 2028. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the second quarter of 2026.
