JM starts production on office property in Karlberg, Solna

The property will include just over 20,000 square meters of light GFA, a two-story garage, and an active roof landscape. JM will rent approximately 60 percent of the premises for its new head office. The remaining office space of around 7,500 square meters will be available for other tenants.

Designing flexible office space that meets the needs of the future has been very important, and there has been a clear focus on health and wellness. Tenants will have access to a gym with spinning, instructor-led classes and an exercise room, and the roof will have a padel court and wellness areas. The project will be certified in accordance with LEED Platinum, and occupancy is planned for 2024.
